The ARTVILLA can only be booked as a whole unit!
You can use the villa alone or up to maximum of 7 people. The accommodation is best suited for 2 couples or a small group of friends who value privacy & serenity plus a spacious atmosphere and a stylish ambience. We would like to emphasize that the villa is NOT a party place, but a chill oasis.
Let it be your fantastic honeymoon nest!
We also inform the villa & the garden are not suitable for infants and toddlers (2-6) due to child-friendly safety measures. Staying is at your own risk, parents are responsible to care for and supervise the children.

REGULAR BOOKING Terms & Conditions
Minimum of 50% reservation deposit must be done upon booking. The remaining balance of 50% must be paid before arrival, at least 14 days before arrival date.
- Cancellation & rebooking is possible free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Only 20% of the first night will be deducted for handling fee.
- Cancellation & rebooking fee up to 15 days before arrival will be 50%.
- Cancellation & rebooking fee up to 8 days before arrival will be 90%.
- Cancellation & rebooking fee up to 1-7 days before arrival will be 100%.
- No show or cancellation on the same day the payment is non-refundablable.
